About Me

Hey, beautiful soul.

I’m Stacie, founder of Inner Aura Co.

I’m 57. I live in Minneapolis. I’m a mother to two, a friend to a few, a daughter to one, a sister to seven, and probably an enemy to a few as well.

I meditate most mornings. I drink Tito’s and lemonade some evenings. I practice Tai Chi, believe deeply in energy, and still occasionally lose my shit over something that absolutely did not deserve that much of my nervous system.

So, you know. Aligned-ish.

I didn’t start Inner Aura because I had some brilliant apparel business plan.

I started it because somewhere between heartbreak, hormones, healing, reinvention, boundaries, getting older, getting wiser, and getting considerably less interested in everybody else’s opinion, I started finding my way back to myself.

And I thought:

There she is.

My Comeback, Made Wearable

There’s a part of becoming nobody really warns you about.

The messy middle.

The old version of you doesn’t quite fit anymore, but the new one hasn’t fully introduced herself yet. Things fall apart. People leave. Kids grow up. Bodies change. Certainty packs a bag and apparently forgets to leave a forwarding address.

And somewhere in all that noise, you start hearing your own voice again.

Maybe you stop explaining every no.

Maybe you realize peace is not something you have to earn.

Maybe you discover that becoming yourself again looks suspiciously like giving fewer fucks, setting better boundaries, and going to bed earlier.

Inner Aura grew out of that place.

Not perfection.

Becoming.

Why I Make These Shirts

Every design starts with something I needed to hear, wanted to say, or wished I had been brave enough to believe sooner.

Some are funny because life is ridiculous.

Some are quiet because healing usually is.

Some have teeth because, frankly, so do I.

And every shirt has something else most people will never see: a private little message inside the collar.

The outside is what you’re willing to say to the world.

The inside is just for you, from me. 🫶

A reminder. A wink. A tiny bit of encouragement sitting against your skin on the days you need it.

I love that part more than I can explain.

What You’ll Find Here

Soft, garment-dyed Comfort Colors tees. Beautiful typography. A little hippie soul. A little sarcasm. A lot of truth.

No giant novelty graphics.

No generic “good vibes only” nonsense, because sometimes the vibes are questionable and we’re still perfectly valid.

You’ll find menopause humor, healing, boundaries, peace, reinvention, self-acceptance, and the occasional shirt that says what your face was already saying anyway.

If a message feels like yours, it’s yours.

No membership application required.

What I Believe

You have to be proud of yourself before anyone else.

That’s the heart of Inner Aura.

Not becoming who somebody else thinks you should be.

Not earning your worth.

Not shrinking so everyone around you can stay comfortable.

Just becoming more fully, stubbornly, beautifully you.

Some days that looks enlightened.

Some days it looks like protecting your peace.

Some days it looks like lying in bed wondering who scheduled all this personal growth.

All of it counts.

Come As You Are

Hot flashes optional.

Sarcasm encouraged.

Peace welcome.

Perfection absolutely not required.

For every soul becoming. ☮
